We have some great news to share with you! InfoTech has been acquired by Kraft Business Systems, Inc., a local company here in Grand Rapids. The transition will be completed by September 1st, 2018. We are very excited about this new association and all the advantages that it will provide for you and your company. We have partnered with Kraft over the last 10 years on many strategic projects together. Their vast resources and expertise has proven to be invaluable in helping us provide the kind of quality products, programs and service you have come to expect from us. We have decided to make this a permanent merger to meet the growing demands and rapid changes our industry presents.
This should be a seamless transition and you will conduct business with us as you always have. I will continue to work with the merged company for the foreseeable future.
