  • You need a small footprint — this is 25.3 x 23.3 x 26.0 inches and 145.8 lb on a desk; most installs go on a stand or cabinet.
  • You need scan, copy, or fax — this model is print-only. The CX961 / CX963 series adds the scanner if that's what you're after.
  • You want a touchscreen the size of a tablet — operators used to a 7-10" panel will find the 4.3" screen tight for navigating jobs and security menus.

The Lexmark CS960 Series (the current shipping config is the CS963e) is a floor-standing A3 color laser printer built for departmental workgroups of 30-100 people that need in-house tabloid color at production-floor speeds. It prints 55 ppm in both black and color at 1200 x 1200 dpi, with a recommended monthly volume up to 50,000 pages and a maximum duty cycle of 270,000. Standard paper capacity is 700 sheets across the integrated 550-sheet tray and 150-sheet multipurpose feeder, expandable to 4,750 sheets with optional trays including a 2,000-sheet tandem. It handles A3, SRA3, 12x18, and the full envelope range from Tray 1 and the multipurpose feeder. Connectivity is Gigabit Ethernet plus USB 2.0 (Type A and Type B) standard, with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi and Apple iBeacon built in.
