Older-generation production mono press for in-plants and corporate print rooms running 150,000 to 500,000 pages a month. Stock support reaches 300 gsm with optional PB-501 perfect binder and SD-501 saddle-stitcher. Standard duplex print, walk-up scan and copy. One regret: this is end-of-life Konica hardware. Parts availability is thinning and many service contracts in North America have shifted to time-and-materials only. Most replacements move to a current bizhub PRESS 1052 for ongoing parts and Fiery support. PRO 920 still earns its keep at refurbished pricing when you have spare parts stockpiled and your operators know the chassis cold. Otherwise, plan a replacement runway.

The drum unit (DR810) is separate and usually lasts 15,000 to 30,000 pages before it needs replacing. At a typical small office volume, expect to change it once every 2 to 4 years.
