The bizhub PRO 950 prints B&W at 95 ppm on A4 stock and is positioned between the PRO 920 and PRO 1051 generations. Designed for in-plants and corporate print rooms doing 150,000 to 500,000 B&W pages a month. Stock support reaches 300 gsm with optional PB-503 perfect binder and SD-506 saddle-stitcher. Multifunction adds walk-up scan and copy. The IC-308 Fiery controller is the recommended add-on for variable-data print. One regret: the PRO 950 is a transition-generation product — newer than the PRO 920 but not as well supported as the current PRESS 1052 family. Parts and Fiery firmware updates are still available but the long-term runway is shorter. Best fit when expanding an existing PRO 950 fleet for service consistency, or buying refurbished at a price that justifies the shorter remaining service life.

The drum unit (DR810) is separate and usually lasts 15,000 to 30,000 pages before it needs replacing. At a typical small office volume, expect to change it once every 2 to 4 years.
