Lexmark MS630 Series

The Lexmark MS630 Series (current shipping config: MS632dwe) is a desktop monochrome laser printer for workgroups of 15-30 people printing 2,000 to 20,000 pages a month. It runs 50 ppm at 1200 x 1200 dpi with first page out as fast as 6 seconds and integrated duplex standard. Paper handling is 650 sheets standard — a 550-sheet main tray plus a 100-sheet multipurpose feeder — expandable with optional 250 / 550 / 2,200-sheet trays for high-volume installs. The 4.3-inch Lexmark e-Task color touchscreen is the same operator UI as the CX/MX MFPs, so cross-training stays consistent across a Lexmark fleet. Connectivity is Gigabit Ethernet, USB 2.0 (Type A and Type B), and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi standard. At 12.1 x 15.7 x 15.3 inches and 33.4 lb, it shares the MS531dw footprint exactly. The thing buyers regret: skipping the 31,000-page high-yield toner. Standard yield is fine for evaluation but the math doesn't work past a few thousand pages a month — buy the high-yield from day one.
