Every spec, no guessing

The Zultys Z 21i is the entry-level IP phone in the Zultys lineup — 2.5-inch backlit graphical display, two dedicated line keys, dual 10/100 Ethernet (not Gigabit) with PoE. It's the phone you put in a break room, copy room, hallway, lobby, or on the desk of someone who picks up two or three calls a day. PoE keeps the install clean — one cable, no power brick. EHS headset support is there if someone wants wireless, and it integrates with the Zultys ZAC UC app for any desktop call control needs. The thing buyers regret: putting it on the desk of someone who actually uses a phone all day. Two line keys disappear fast, the screen is small, and there's no Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, color display, or programmable soft keys. For light call volume it's perfect — for anything more, jump to the Z 22G or higher. The other thing to know: it's 10/100 Ethernet, not Gigabit, so if you're chaining a PC behind it, that PC tops out at 100 Mbps. Like every Zultys phone, this is for the Zultys MX platform — don't repurpose it for a generic SIP environment.
