Xerox VersaLink B7125
The Xerox VersaLink B7125 is the entry-speed model in the B7100 series — a desktop A3 monochrome multifunction printer for small workgroups of 5-15 people that need tabloid output without color cost. It runs at 25 ppm in both letter and A4, copies at 25 cpm, scans two-sided originals at 80 ipm via the 130-sheet single-pass DADF, and is rated for a 107,000-page monthly duty cycle (Xerox recommends staying around 13,000 pages/month). Standard paper capacity is 620 sheets across the 520-sheet Tray 1 and 100-sheet bypass; expandable to 3,140 sheets with the optional High Capacity Tandem Tray Module. The 7-inch tilting color touchscreen with ConnectKey Apps and 100+ apps in the Xerox App Gallery is the same UX as the rest of the VersaLink line. Where the B7100 series pulls ahead of the older B7000: the single-pass DADF (one pass for two-sided), TLS 1.3, NIST 800-171r1 compliance, and Trellix whitelisting baked in — which is why our legal and healthcare customers tend to spec this over the older B7035. Connectivity is Gigabit Ethernet plus USB 3.0 standard; Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are an optional kit. The thing buyers regret: assuming the HDD is included — on the desktop base it's optional, and you need it for booklet copying and Bates stamping.
