Konica Minolta bizhub 4050 Multifunction Printer

The Konica Minolta bizhub 4050 is a desktop B&W A4 multifunction printer for offices and teams of 5-20 people that need fast letter/legal mono output without paying for color or tabloid. It runs at 42 ppm B&W with a first-copy-out around 5.7 seconds and a 150,000-page monthly duty cycle. Most installs we've sold sit between 1,500 and 5,000 pages a month. Standard paper input is a 500-sheet drawer plus a 150-sheet bypass for 650 sheets total; max capacity is 1,650 sheets with two optional 500-sheet trays (PF-P14). Print resolution is 1200 x 1200 dpi. The 7-inch color touchscreen runs scan-to-email, scan-to-folder, and basic copy workflows; 100-sheet reversing ADF (DF-628) handles batch scanning and duplex copying. Scan destinations include email, SMB, FTP, USB, WebDAV, User Box, and TWAIN. Duplex print and copy are automatic. Connectivity includes Gigabit Ethernet, USB 2.0, optional Wi-Fi, plus AirPrint, Mopria, Google Cloud Print, and NFC standard. The thing buyers regret: no single-pass duplex scanning option — heavy stacked-original scanning is slower than a 308.
