Konica Minolta bizhub C353

The Konica Minolta bizhub C353 is an A3 color MFP that fixes the C352's slow color speed — it runs 35 ppm in both color and B&W. Aimed at small to mid-size workgroups doing 8,000 to 25,000 pages a month with a healthy mix of color and black-and-white. Standard package includes print, copy, scan-to-email/FTP/SMB and automatic duplex. Fax and finishing (stapling, booklet making) are options. Network printing over Ethernet is built in. The thing buyers regret most: paper handling on the base configuration is light. Out of the box you get one or two trays plus a bypass — not enough if you mix letter, legal, and tabloid all day. Add the large-capacity tray or you'll babysit it. Like the rest of the C300-series, this is a legacy unit. Toner is available but no longer cheap, parts inventory is shrinking with every passing year, and the control panel feels its age. If you have one and like it, a matching second unit makes sense. If you're starting from scratch, the i-Series gives you mobile printing, better security, and a current touchscreen for similar money.
