Lexmark MX630 Series

The Lexmark MX630 Series (current shipping config: MX632adwe) is a desktop monochrome laser MFP for workgroups of 15-30 people printing and copying 2,000 to 15,000 pages a month. It runs 50 ppm at 1200 x 1200 dpi with first page out as fast as 6 seconds and integrated duplex on print and scan. Standard paper capacity is 650 sheets (550-sheet tray + 100-sheet multipurpose feeder), expandable with optional trays. The 100-sheet single-pass duplex DADF handles routine multi-page jobs at the rated speed. The 7-inch Lexmark e-Task color touchscreen is the upgrade over the MX532adwe — same chassis, faster engine, bigger display for menu-heavy workflow setup. Connectivity is Gigabit Ethernet, USB 2.0, and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi standard. The thing buyers regret: assuming the MX632adwe scales beyond its rated range. If you're routinely printing more than 20,000 pages a month, the MX822ade (60 ppm) or MX953se (55 ppm A3) is a better fit — pushing the MX632adwe past 25,000/mo will work but service calls go up.
