Xerox VersaLink C405

The Xerox VersaLink C405 is a 35 ppm color A4 MFP for small offices: print, copy, scan, fax, with first page out at 13 seconds color / 12 seconds black, 5-inch color touchscreen, 1.05 GHz dual-core processor with 2 GB RAM, optional 320 GB HDD for secure local storage, and a monthly duty cycle rated up to 85,000 pages. Connectivity covers Ethernet 10/100/1000, USB 3.0, optional Wi-Fi, AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, Mopria, and Xerox Mobile Link. The honest catch: at 35 ppm color this is real workgroup speed for an A4 MFP, but it's still on the smaller end of the VersaLink color line — most offices doing over 6,000 color pages a month will outgrow it and end up wanting the C505 or C605. And the 5-inch touchscreen feels small if you actually use ConnectKey apps daily; the larger touchscreens on C605/C7000 are noticeably better for complex workflows.
