Xerox WorkCentre 7346

The Xerox WorkCentre 7346 is a 45 ppm B&W / 40 ppm color A3 multifunction from the 7300 series — essentially the 7345 with a slightly faster color engine, aimed at workgroups doing more color than B&W. Print, copy, scan, optional fax with duplex DADF for two-sided originals, output 600 x 600 dpi enhanced to 2400, and paper handling around 1,540 sheets expandable via high-capacity feeder. Optional finishing includes Office Finisher and Booklet Maker. Wired Ethernet and USB. Security includes Secure Print, 802.1x, and SSL. The regret on this machine: 7300-series is end-of-life, and the 5 ppm color bump over the 7345 rarely justifies a price premium on the used market. If your fleet is already 7345-based, the part commonality matters more than the small speed gain. Toner cartridge yield runs in the 15,000-page range color and 30,000 mono. The 7300 series predates ConnectKey and AirPrint, so mobile printing requires a print server bridge. The legacy Xerox touchscreen UI is functional but dated next to AltaLink C8000 series.
