The Xerox WorkCentre 7545 is a 45 ppm color A3 multifunction from the 7500 series, the bigger sibling to the 7525-7535 line for small offices doing serious color tabloid work. Print, copy, scan, optional fax with duplex DADF, output 1200 x 2400 dpi color, paper handling around 1,140 sheets standard expandable to 5,140 via optional trays. Optional finishing covers Office Finisher LX, Advanced Office Finisher, and the Professional Finisher with booklet making and hole punch. Wired Ethernet and USB, optional Wi-Fi. Security includes Secure Print, 802.1x, AES encryption, and SNMPv3. The regret on this machine: 7500 series is end-of-life — AltaLink C8045 is the supported equivalent with McAfee Embedded Control. The 7545 is workable as a refurb with 18-24 months of toner committed. Toner cartridge yield runs in the 15,000-page range color and 30,000 mono. ConnectKey app support covers Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and similar destinations. Optional CAC/PIV and HID iCLASS card readers handle secure release print for compliance environments.
