The Xerox WorkCentre 7755 is a 55 ppm B&W / 40 ppm color A3 multifunction from the 7700 series — the generation between the older 7600 and the newer 7800/7900 lines. Print, copy, scan, optional fax with duplex DADF for two-sided originals, output 1200 x 1200 dpi color, and paper handling around 2,140 sheets expandable via high-capacity feeder. Optional finishing covers Office Finisher LX, Advanced Office Finisher, and Professional Finisher with booklet making, stapling, and hole punch. Wired Ethernet and USB. Security includes Secure Print, 802.1x, AES encryption, and SNMPv3. The regret on this machine: 7700 series is end-of-life — AltaLink C8055 is the supported equivalent. The 7755 is workable as a refurb with toner locked for 18-24 months but lacks current security pipelines. Toner cartridge yield runs in the 25,000-page range color and 50,000 mono. ConnectKey app support covers Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and similar cloud destinations. Optional CAC/PIV and HID iCLASS card readers handle secure release print for compliance environments.
