Lexmark CS630 Series

The Lexmark CS630 Series (current shipping config: CS632dwe) is a desktop A4 color laser printer for workgroups of 10-25 people printing 1,500 to 10,000 pages a month. It runs 42 ppm in both black and color at 1200 x 1200 dpi, with first page out at 6.5 seconds black / 6.7 color and integrated duplex standard. Standard paper capacity is 251 sheets across the main tray and manual feed; up to three optional trays expand the input for higher-volume installs. The 4.3-inch Lexmark e-Task touchscreen is the same operator UI you'll see on the CX and MX MFPs, so cross-training across a Lexmark fleet stays consistent. Connectivity is Gigabit Ethernet, three USB 2.0 ports, and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi with Apple iBeacon, all standard. At 12.5 x 17.9 x 16.6 inches and 45 lb, it shares the CS531dw footprint exactly — same desk space, more throughput. The thing buyers regret: skipping the high-yield supplies. The 20K black / 11.7K color cartridges are the rational SKU; standard yield runs out fast and the cost-per-page math goes the wrong way.
